Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, customer service, and floor management - Ensure delivery of high-quality food and beverage standards aligned with brand image - Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to control costs and minimize wastage - Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver excellent hospitality and maintain service standards - Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally - Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations - Monitor sales performance and prepare operational reports - Collaborate with management on marketing and promotional initiatives - Drive team performance to meet financial targets, including revenue growth and cost control
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in F&B or restaurant management - Strong leadership, supervisory, and communication skills - Customer-oriented with ability to resolve issues effectively - Knowledge of inventory management and cost control - Familiarity with Singapore food safety and hygiene standards
