- Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees - Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing staff schedules - Oversee, coach, and mentor employees - Identify efficiency issues and suggest operational improvements - Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

Qualifications and Requirements

- Proven experience as a Manager or similar role - Experience in hosting and customer calling - Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays - Strong organizational and leadership abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach - Problem-solving skills - Able to work long hours and prolonged periods of standing
