Responsibilities and Duties

- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow. - Manage and train staff to maintain excellent service and operational standards. - Apply barista skills and knowledge of coffee preparation to maintain quality control. - Utilize wine knowledge to manage inventory, pairings, and customer recommendations. - Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve service-related issues promptly. - Uphold hygiene, safety, and quality compliance in line with F&B regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management. - Strong barista skills and in-depth wine knowledge. - Preferably holds tertiary education qualification. - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
