Responsibilities and Duties

- Lead and motivate shop staff to achieve sales and service performance targets. - Take responsibility for overall shop performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. - Ensure smooth shop operations in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive service attitude. - Maintain professional grooming standards and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service. - Work closely with supervisors and management to ensure alignment with company goals and policies. - Comply with work schedules, including weekend and public holiday shifts, with weekday off days as scheduled.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in hairdressing or salon operations. - Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage staff and daily operations effectively. - Strong customer service orientation and communication skills. - Able to work under supervision and perform well in a fast-paced retail environment. - Professional, passionate, and service-oriented attitude.
