Responsibilities and Duties
Store Operations: - Drive sales performance, customer satisfaction, and service quality. - Conduct daily store audits to assess efficiency and identify improvement opportunities. - Develop, maintain, and enforce SOPs and operational best practices. - Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with timely service recovery. - Ensure effective resource allocation and cost control. People: - Develop and implement staff training and onboarding programs. - Lead refresher training to ensure high competency in tasks such as wrapping, delivery handling, and laundry services. - Conduct regular performance assessments and coaching for team leaders and customer service officers. - Manage monthly rosters and leave administration. Administration: - Oversee daily sales reconciliation, reporting, and financial accuracy. - Perform cash float spot checks and ensure proper documentation. - Prepare weekly reports for various services (bag wrap, DHL, laundry, etc.). - Maintain strong working relationships with airport partners and clients. - Perform additional duties assigned by management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management or equivalent. - Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in airport terminal or retail operations. - Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills. - Willingness to work shift duties.
