Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct regular outlet visits to monitor operations and ensure compliance with company standards. - Lead, influence, and encourage Store Managers through effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Ensure proper manpower planning and scheduling based on sales needs and labor targets. - Maintain productivity levels and enforce effective cost control in all outlet operations. - Ensure compliance with cash handling, management procedures, and operational standards. - Supervise and support the setup and operations of newly opened outlets. - Evaluate existing business procedures and recommend process improvements. - Communicate operational inconsistencies to the Operations team promptly. - Ensure Store Managers plan and execute all sales promotions effectively. - Respond proactively to resolve customer service issues and maintain high satisfaction levels. - Oversee training and development of new employees and monitor training progress. - Coach, counsel, and discipline employees as required. - Conduct regular performance reviews with employees and implement development plans. - Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly business performance reports. - Approve HR-related matters such as leave applications, transfers, resignations, promotions, and conversions. - Verify accuracy of monthly timesheets for all outlets under management. - Foster strong communication networks across outlets to ensure shared understanding of business goals. - Develop and prioritize specific goals and plans to organize and accomplish area objectives. - Attend meetings and training programs as required. - Comply with all related operational issues and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B retail operations or area management. - Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple outlets and teams effectively. - Knowledge of cost control, manpower planning, and operational efficiency. - Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability. - Willingness to work flexible hours and attend operational meetings or training sessions as required.
