Oversee and coordinate day-to-day store and delivery operations, ensuring efficient dispatching, route optimization, and smooth communication between drivers, dispatchers, and store managers. EA License Number: 22C1267 EA Personnel: R22110252

Responsibilities and Duties

- Supervise daily store operations and coordinate with dispatchers and drivers for timely deliveries. - Learn and operate the company’s transport management system efficiently. - Assign optimal delivery routes to drivers for maximum efficiency. - Allocate and monitor dispatcher tasks to ensure proper execution. - Step in to perform dispatcher duties when needed, including: - Scanning QR codes. - Collecting totes and cooler boxes from basement to dispatch area. - Loading goods from dispatch area to loading bay for drivers. - Monitor and verify that all goods are properly loaded before drivers depart. - Ensure all failed deliveries are returned to the store and reported. - Communicate with other store managers and teams through dedicated communication platforms. - Coach and evaluate dispatcher performance, maintaining operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or store operations. - Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills. - Knowledge of route planning and transport management systems preferred. - Physically able to assist with loading/unloading when required.
