Responsible for managing daily operations of assigned outlets, ensuring high service standards, cost control, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities and Duties

- Address customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally. - Maintain company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs (food, beverage, labour, utilities). - Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction. - Oversee and manage all aspects of outlet operations and business performance. - Ensure daily sales collection and secure bank deposits. - Manage personnel and payroll-related administrative duties efficiently. - Enforce sanitary and hygiene practices in food handling and outlet cleanliness. - Ensure consistency and quality of food and service. - Handle recruitment, development, appraisal, and retention of staff. - Maintain staff discipline and morale through effective supervision. - Plan staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for operational needs. - Conduct orientation and oversee training for new hires.

Qualifications and Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience in F&B or a related managerial role. - Passion for the F&B and service industry. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Able to work long hours, including weekends and public holidays. - Good understanding of outlet operations, food safety, and cost management.
