Responsibilities and Duties

- Ensure restaurant tables and setup meet required standards for each meal period - Supervise daily operations of the outlet - Assist with cashiering duties and reservations - Support manpower rostering and scheduling - Maintain full knowledge of menu items and beverage list - Ensure high standards of service and cleanliness - Assist with administrative duties as required

Qualifications and Requirements

- At least 10 years of relevant experience - Experience working in an Indian restaurant - Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine - Hotel experience preferred - Excellent communication skills - Customer service oriented and able to handle feedback professionally
