Responsibilities and Duties

- Oversee daily restaurant operations - Manage restaurant budget, forecasts, and P&L - Implement cost control measures and maximize profitability - Supervise food and operational safety for customer comfort - Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally - Drive operational efficiency and uphold service culture - Control labour through effective manpower scheduling and leave monitoring - Participate in hiring, staff counselling, and disciplinary processes - Manage, supervise, and groom supervisors and service staff - Handle all restaurant administrative duties - Execute any other duties assigned by the Area Manager

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 6 years of management experience in F&B industry - Strong leadership, organizational, and management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
