Responsibilities and Duties

- Lead and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer service - Oversee day-to-day operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management - Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities - Foster a positive and inclusive work environment promoting teamwork and professional growth - Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the restaurant - Greet guests and address concerns or complaints promptly and professionally

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of management experience in F&B, preferably upscale dining - Strong hospitality, leadership, and team management skills - In-depth wine knowledge and passion for customer satisfaction - Excellent customer service and communication abilities - Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively - Proficiency with reservation and POS systems - Detail-oriented with focus on quality and operational efficiency - Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
