Responsibilities and Duties

- Maintain market awareness and develop innovative processes for operational efficiency - Analyze and interpret trends to facilitate planning - Coordinate front and back of house operations for smooth service delivery - Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations - Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste - Respond promptly to customer complaints and suggest solutions - Manage and maintain the outlet’s image - Train and coach new and current staff on customer service best practices - Organize and supervise staff shifts - Manage staff schedules and work performance - Prepare reports and analyze/forecast sales figures to maximize profits

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or Retail Management - Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in hospitality management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Customer service oriented - Financial management proficiency
