Responsibilities and Duties

- Develop and maintain schedules for employees and promotions aligned with holiday sales and business cycles. - Promote the store, product line, and services effectively. - Maintain proper inventory levels, oversee stocking, implement purchasing plans, and liaise with suppliers for efficient sales operations. - Implement cross-training for employees and Assistant Managers to maintain consistent productivity. - Manage controllable costs to ensure profitability. - Ensure the store is clean and presentable at all times. - Hire and train personnel to maintain excellent customer service levels.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or general management - Strong leadership and people management skills - Proven experience in inventory, promotions, and cost management - Excellent communication and organizational skills
