Description

This role is vital for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth guest experience. The Reservations Agent will be responsible for assisting guests with booking reservations for various resort products and services, while delivering high-quality service that aligns with company standards.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Assist guests in planning and booking reservations for resort products and services. * Understand individual guest needs and provide personalized solutions that meet their expectations. * Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external guests across all communication channels. * Handle first-level guest complaints with a pleasant and professional demeanor. * Respond effectively and efficiently to guest requests and inquiries. * Proactively identify and address potential guest concerns, seeking guidance from a Manager on Duty as needed. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel events, activities, and offerings to provide accurate and timely information to guests. * Respond appropriately to emergency situations according to established hotel guidelines. * Contribute to achieving individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). * Support other team members and departments as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Proven experience as a Hotel Reservation Agent, Concierge, or in a customer service role is a significant advantage. * Fluency in both English and Korean is essential due to the need to communicate with guests from both language backgrounds. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clear, concise, and professional communication. * A strong customer-centric attitude with a focus on providing exceptional service, even under pressure. * Ability to effectively handle guest complaints and emergencies with composure and professionalism. * Ability to multitask effectively and comfortable working with various computer applications and technologies. * Willingness to work rotational shifts, including public holidays and overnight shifts, based on operational needs. * Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and adapt to changes within a dynamic environment. * Mature, meticulous, resourceful, organized, and able to work independently. * Ability to work in front of a computer and sit for extended periods.
