As a Reservation and Travel Host, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth travel experience for guests. You will be responsible for handling reservation inquiries and bookings, while also assisting guests during their travel to a beautiful island destination.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries regarding accommodation via email, live chat, and phone calls. * Process reservations efficiently and accurately using various software systems, including entering new reservations, modifications, and cancellations. * Maintain organized filing systems for guest correspondence and reservation documentation. * Stay current on room rates, special offers, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests. * Resolve any booking or reservation issues effectively. * Process guest payments and send confirmation details in a timely manner. * Follow up with guests to obtain necessary information for visa applications or passport updates. * Meet and greet guests warmly upon arrival at the ferry terminal. * Assist guests with the advance collection of boarding passes and luggage check-in for a seamless travel experience. * Provide support with customs and immigration clearance procedures. * Accompany guests onboard the ferry to their destination and ensure a smooth handover to the local team.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in reservations, customer service, or a related field (preferred). * Positive work attitude, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service. * Proficiency in clear and concise communication, especially in a remote work setting. * Prior experience in front office or reservation roles is a valuable asset. * Willingness to work weekends and during festive or holiday seasons. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
