Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to take on a key supervisory role in our restaurant. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences, maintaining operational efficiency, and fostering a positive and collaborative environment between the service and kitchen teams. This role requires a blend of leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to uphold our high standards and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Address and resolve customer concerns and issues promptly and effectively. * Maintain the highest standards of customer service to ensure a memorable dining experience. * Collaborate closely with the marketing department to effectively communicate information to staff. * Collect customer feedback and report insights to higher management to inform service improvements. * Work in partnership with the kitchen team to ensure consistent food quality and timely service. * Manage administrative tasks, including ordering stock and handling cashiering duties. * Oversee housekeeping duties to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant area. * Ensure the proper maintenance of equipment to maximize longevity and minimize disruptions.

Qualifications and Requirements

* **Qualifications:** Diploma or Degree in any field. * **Experience:** A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a hotel or restaurant setting. * **Language:** Proficiency in spoken and written English. * **Language:** Proficiency in spoken Mandarin is preferred.
