Responsibilities and Duties

・Includes daily operation requirement for Service & Kitchen crews ・Supervise daily operation ・Managing supplies requirement with suppliers ・Planning work schedules for team members ・Able to prepare all products in absence of cook ・Opening & closing of work stations
