The Receptionist cum Admin Clerk is responsible for a variety of reception and administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. Key duties include managing reception activities, handling telephone calls, and performing general administrative tasks. The role involves maintaining an inventory of stationery and beverage supplies, ensuring the cleanliness of meeting rooms and the reception area, and managing the sorting and recording of incoming and outgoing mail. Responsibilities and Duties
* Reception Duties: Greet visitors and manage the reception area to create a positive first impression. * Inventory Management: Oversee inventory of stationery and beverage supplies to ensure availability. * Cleanliness Maintenance: Ensure meeting rooms and the reception area are kept clean and organized. * Telephone Operations: Handle incoming calls and messages as a telephone operator. * Mail Management: Sort, record, and manage incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
Qualifications and Requirements
* The candidate should hold a NITEC certification in any discipline. * A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is required. * Strong communication skills are essential. * Must be available to start immediately or with short notice.
