The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all HR functions to support the organization in achieving its strategic goals. This role will involve leading recruitment efforts, ensuring effective training and development programs, and fostering positive employee relations. The HR Manager will work closely with leadership to ensure the company attracts, retains, and develops the talent necessary to meet organizational objectives. Additionally, they will help shape and maintain a strong organizational culture that aligns with the company's values and supports overall success. Key responsibilities will include talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and implementing HR policies and programs that promote a high-performance work environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

Create and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent. Oversee job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination. Work closely with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners. Design and deliver training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and performance. Develop training materials and resources to support ongoing employee development. Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments to align with organizational objectives. Identify individual training needs and create personalized development plans for employees. Act as a trusted HR advisor to employees and managers, addressing HR-related concerns. Resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and timely manner. Administer disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Monitor employee morale and engagement, implementing initiatives to foster a positive work culture. Stay informed on HR laws and regulations to ensure full compliance with all HR practices. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records in line with legal obligations. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance risks and take corrective actions when necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in HR management, recruitment, employee relations, and training. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, employee development, and performance management. In-depth understanding of HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance with local and international standards. Experience in designing and implementing training programs and assessing their effectiveness. Proven ability to manage and resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and timely manner. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficient in HR software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools. High level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
