Description

To assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll activities, including calculating employee salaries, benefits, and claims, as well as processing government-related claims accurately and on time. Nextbeat Singapore Pte.Ltd. EA License Number: 22C1267

Responsibilities and Duties

* Process monthly payroll to ensure all employees receive their salaries on time and in the correct amounts. * Administer employee-related insurance and flexible benefits programs in accordance with insurance and HR policies. * Manage statutory claims, such as NS Make-Up Pay claims and Government-Paid Leave claims, in compliance with government regulations. * Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits. * Maintain employee data and ensure proper filing of essential documents so that the latest information is readily available when needed. * Prepare employment certification letters and supporting documents for reference checks requested by employees. * Support and participate in the company’s continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources). * A minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration and management. * Previous experience in a payroll-related role, particularly with Times software, is a plus. * Highly organized and detail-oriented when handling confidential information. * Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. * Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and statutory guidelines (e.g., CPF, IRAS, MOM) is preferred.
