Description

The HR Executive plays a key role in managing and supporting various HR functions to ensure smooth operations and a positive employee experience. Key responsibilities include maintaining and updating employee records, preparing offer letters and contracts, and coordinating onboarding processes. This role also involves managing job postings on multiple platforms, handling MOM work pass applications and renewals, and ensuring compliance with Singapore employment laws. The HR Executive will support recruitment efforts by conducting screenings, interviews, and developing effective strategies to attract top talent. Additionally, they will manage office and pantry supplies, track HR metrics, and assist with various HR processes such as transfers, resignations, and staff requests. Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned by management.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Maintain and update employee records and HR databases regularly. * Prepare offer letters and contracts, and coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a positive first experience for new hires. * Manage the administration of uniform issuance. * Oversee job postings and track applicants across multiple job portals such as MyCareersFuture, LinkedIn, JobStreet, FastJobs, etc. * Ensure job advertisements are current and aligned with the company’s recruitment needs. * Monitor and respond to candidate applications and inquiries on various platforms. * Manage MOM work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, and ensure compliance with work pass regulations. * Regularly check and track the company’s MOM quota. * Stay informed about updates to Singapore employment laws and ensure HR practices are fully compliant. * Advise the HR team and management on changes to employment laws and regulations. * Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to management. * Oversee and execute all HR processes, including hiring, onboarding, confirmations, resignations, transfers, and staff requests. * Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. * Conduct initial screenings and interviews to shortlist qualified candidates. * Manage and maintain pantry and office supplies inventory. * Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration or shared services. * Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and experience managing work pass processes. * Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
