Responsibilities and Duties
1. Driving Business Excellence: - Develop and execute retail strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and market share goals. - Own and manage P&L for all retail stores, optimizing resources and reducing costs. - Analyze sales trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. - Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, ensure compliance, and guide improvements. - Implement initiatives to boost footfall, conversion, and transaction value. 2. Customer Experience Management: - Champion a customer-first culture and standardize service quality across all stores. - Leverage Voice of Customer (VOC) data to enhance customer satisfaction. - Build strong service foundations to support future personalization efforts. 3. Product and Range Optimization: - Collaborate with buying and merchandising teams to curate relevant product assortments. - Optimize inventory levels based on customer demand and sales insights. - Ensure smooth execution of product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns. 4. People Leadership and Development: - Lead and develop high-performing store teams to achieve business excellence. - Drive talent development and succession planning initiatives. - Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and foster a culture of accountability. - Promote diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement across teams.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum 8 years of multi-store retail management experience - Proven track record in driving sales growth and operational excellence - Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Data-driven and analytical approach to business decisions - Leadership and people development expertise
