Responsibilities and Duties

- Own and manage store P&L to achieve sales and profitability targets. - Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to SOPs. - Maintain high visual merchandising standards aligned with brand identity. - Train and motivate sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service. - Analyze and act on customer feedback to improve shopping experiences. - Manage inventory accuracy, stock control, and replenishment. - Recruit, train, and develop a motivated retail team with strong performance culture. - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to enhance productivity. - Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify revenue opportunities. - Implement security and loss prevention measures across the store. - Collaborate with marketing teams for in-store promotions and campaigns. - Manage customer relationships and handle complaints professionally.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related discipline. - At least 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in footwear or fashion. - Proven leadership skills with ability to coach and motivate teams. - Strong understanding of sales operations, inventory, and customer service. - Proficiency in POS systems and retail management software. - Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
