The Retail Manager will oversee operations across multiple store locations, driving sales growth, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring superior customer experience. Responsibilities and Duties

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and profitability goals. - Monitor store performance and analyze sales trends to identify growth opportunities. - Lead marketing initiatives and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and sales. - Implement consistent merchandising and pricing strategies across outlets. - Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards. - Coordinate with inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize shortages. - Conduct regular store visits to review operational performance and uphold service quality. - Establish and enforce high standards of customer service across all retail outlets. - Address escalated customer feedback and drive continuous service improvement. - Recruit, train, and coach store managers and retail staff for peak performance. - Define KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular team meetings for alignment. - Foster a collaborative and inclusive work culture that promotes motivation and accountability. - Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related discipline. - Minimum of 5–7 years of retail management experience, preferably overseeing multiple locations. - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving store profitability. - Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational capabilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Experience with POS, CRM, and inventory management software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for staff and customer engagement. - Knowledge of retail market trends, merchandising, and consumer behavior. - Multilingual ability is advantageous.
