Description

A newly formed startup dedicated to the circular economy, emphasizing the enduring value of established technologies, is searching for a skilled Human Resources Manager. This key position will manage all aspects of HR, from creating and implementing policies to handling employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and ensuring legal compliance. The ideal candidate will be a decisive leader with exceptional communication abilities and a strong commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures that are consistent with the organization's strategic goals and objectives. - Manage the entire recruitment and onboarding cycle, encompassing creating job advertisements, screening applications, conducting interviews, and managing the new hire orientation process. - Offer guidance and support to both managers and employees on various HR matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures. - Address employee relations issues and grievances, ensuring timely and effective resolution of conflicts. - Administer employee benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. - Regularly audit HR processes and procedures to maintain compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations. - Maintain accurate and current employee records, including personnel files and associated data. - Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives focused on improving employee engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction. - Collaborate with management to develop and execute workforce planning strategies that support the organization's growth and success. - Remain current on industry developments and best practices in HR management and recommend innovative solutions to enhance HR effectiveness.

Qualifications and Requirements

- A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - A minimum of five years of experience working in a human resources capacity. - A firm grasp of HR practices and employment legislation. - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
