Description

Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist Food & Beverage Manager in managing and organizing the outlet for operational efficiency, profitability, and revenue growth - Monitor and manage financial objectives through forecasting, expenditure scheduling, and analysis of sales, labour, and food cost variances - Plan and execute promotions, activations, and seasonal activities - Guide, train, and motivate the team to meet sales targets and drive upselling - Lead and supervise shifts, ensuring proper setup, service quality, and hygiene standards - Maintain inventory levels, par stock, and replenish items as necessary - Conduct daily briefings and roll calls with shift in-charges - Build customer relationships and loyalty through active engagement - Implement and maintain LQA, FORBES, and other hotel quality standards - Take and serve orders, clear tables, reset for next service, and perform cashier duties when required - Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including training for associates - Forecast staffing requirements and coordinate deployment of casual labour - Ensure proper scheduling and approval of leaves and overtime - Monitor staff grooming and adherence to hotel standards - Prepare and submit reports promptly - Comply with Workplace Safety & Health and Food Hygiene regulations - Protect and maintain hotel property and facilities
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in restaurant management, preferably with a luxury brand - Proven ability to manage a large, diverse team - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills - Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and dining experiences - Detail-oriented with a focus on operational excellence
