They are seeking an accomplished and visionary Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to lead and elevate our dining experiences. This role reports to the Director of Food & Beverage and requires a proven leader with passion, creativity, and strategic acumen in luxury hospitality. Responsibilities and Duties

* Lead, coach, and inspire a team across restaurants and bar, ensuring Four Seasons’ highest service standards. * Support the Director of Food & Beverage in shaping long-term strategic vision. * Drive profitability through labour cost management, purchasing, and expense control, while enhancing revenue. * Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef, and culinary leadership to develop innovative menus and wine lists. * Create and implement annual marketing and promotional plans aligned with hotel strategy. * Engage with guests across all outlets, secure feedback, and build loyalty. * Ensure strong interdepartmental communication and operational alignment. * Maintain a visible, hands-on presence during service to motivate the team and deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum 3 years’ experience in senior F&B leadership within an international luxury hotel. * Diploma or higher in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related discipline. * Proven leadership with ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams. * Strong financial management experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimisation. * Excellent guest engagement and communication skills, with a flair for personalised service. * Detail-oriented, creative, and committed to raising dining standards. * Awareness of local F&B market and competitor trends.
