Responsibilities and Duties

- Greet, seat, and assist guests according to SOP, ensuring a welcoming dining experience. - Handle reservations, enquiries, and guest check control accurately. - Maintain hostess stand, menus, and guest databases for key outlets. - Be fully knowledgeable of restaurant menus, prices, promotions, and operational details. - Monitor and accommodate the needs and special requirements of regular guests. - Support Sales & Marketing team in guest solicitation, promotions, and direct marketing. - Ensure adherence to hotel grooming, hygiene, and safety standards. - Train and support other associates as required. - Comply with established telephone etiquette, daily briefings, and inter-department communication. - Process payments, manage assigned cashier bank, and follow cash handling and audit procedures. - Perform other duties as assigned to support restaurant operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Professional Certificate/NiTEC or equivalent. - 1–2 years of relevant F&B or hospitality experience. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Team player with a positive, outgoing personality. - Ability to start work on short notice preferred.
