Description
This role is vital for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience. The Guest Services Agent will be the primary point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, processing reservations, and coordinating services to meet their needs. This position requires a friendly, professional, and service-oriented individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Provide exceptional service to all guests by understanding and meeting their individual needs and expectations. * Handle and process guest inquiries effectively and efficiently through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. * Ensure accurate and timely processing of bookings and requests to exceed service standards. * Coordinate with other departments within the hotel to fulfill guest requests and arrange services for both general guests and members. * Professionally handle and resolve guest feedback and complaints.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Meet the relevant regulatory authority's minimum age requirement of 21 years old. * Possess a Diploma or equivalent qualification. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential. * Prior experience in a customer service role within a call center or hotel environment is preferred. Experience with the Opera system is a plus. * Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. .
