Reservation Officer

Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Reservation and Travel Host Executive. The role involves managing accommodation reservations and providing exceptional service to guests during their travel experience. This position requires a proactive approach to customer service and flexibility to work during weekends and holiday seasons.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Respond to and manage emails, live chats, and phone inquiries regarding accommodation inquiries. - Enter new reservations, modifications, and cancellations into the system accurately. - File guest correspondence and reservation-related documents systematically. - Stay informed about room rates, promotions, and special offers. - Process payments and send confirmation details to customers. - Address booking issues and follow up with guests for required information, such as updated passports or visa documentation. - Welcome guests upon arrival at the ferry terminal. - Assist with advance collection of boarding passes and luggage check-in. - Support guests with customs and immigration clearance. - Accompany guests onboard the ferry and coordinate their handover to the destination team. - Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

- At least 3 years of relevant experience is preferred. - Positive work attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. - Strong passion for customer service and excellent interpersonal skills. - Effective communication skills to collaborate in a remote work environment. - Experience in Front Office and/or Reservations is an advantage. - Flexibility to work weekends and during festive or holiday seasons.
