Description

The Accounts Manager plays a key role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact to ensure their needs are met. This role involves managing sales processes, achieving targets, and delivering compelling presentations. The Accounts Manager resolves client complaints, addresses concerns promptly, and collaborates with internal teams to develop tailored solutions. Regular account reviews are conducted to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Additionally, the Accounts Manager prepares detailed sales reports to track performance and inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities and Duties

Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, acting as a liaison to ensure client needs are understood and addressed. Managing Sales: Oversee sales processes, achieve targets, and deliver engaging sales presentations. Resolving Customer Complaints: Address and resolve client complaints or concerns promptly and effectively. Collaborating with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams to meet client requirements and create tailored solutions or proposals. Conducting Account Reviews: Perform regular account reviews to evaluate client satisfaction and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Preparing Sales Reports: Generate and present sales reports to monitor performance and guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications and Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Proven experience in account management, sales, or a customer-facing role. Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to address client needs effectively. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and delivering persuasive presentations. Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle client concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborative mindset to work effectively with internal teams. Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple accounts. Analytical skills to conduct account reviews and identify growth opportunities. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools is an advantage.
