A boutique property located in Singapore, offering 50 well-appointed rooms designed to deliver memorable and comfortable stays for our valued guests. We are seeking an experienced **General Manager** to lead Beverly Hotels Elements. The GM will be responsible for overall operations, profitability, and guest satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership across **Operations, Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management, and Financial Performance**, ensuring excellence in both service and results. Responsibilities and Duties
*Operations Management* - Oversee daily hotel operations with emphasis on Front Office and Housekeeping. - Ensure high service standards and consistency across all departments. - Continuously analyze guest feedback and market trends to enhance services. *Sales & Marketing* - Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue. - Collaborate on promotions, campaigns, and packages to maximize visibility and bookings. *Revenue Management* - Implement effective revenue management strategies to optimize ADR, RevPAR, and profitability. - Monitor competitor performance and adjust pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness. - Align revenue initiatives with overall sales and marketing plans. *Financial Management* - Take full responsibility for the hotel’s P&L, ensuring KPIs are achieved or exceeded. - Implement cost control without compromising guest experience. - Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for management. *People Leadership* - Lead, motivate, and develop the hotel team while fostering a positive culture. - Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. - Ensure optimal manpower planning aligned with occupancy levels. *Compliance & Reporting* - Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies. - Provide regular performance and operational updates to senior management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 5–10 years of hotel management experience. - Strong expertise in Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management. - Proven record in operational excellence, cost management, and guest satisfaction. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
