They are seeking for Hotel Manager responsible for ensuring smooth hotel operations and satisfying hotel guests’ needs through attending to enquiries, providing solutions, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities and Duties
* Improve operational procedures. * Manage a team across various departments. * Prepare rosters and arrange shift cover for last-minute leave/medical leave. * Ensure all emails and OTA messages are replied to within one day. * Verify payments for non-refundable and cancellable bookings as per policy. * Check for outstanding payments for in-house and checked-out guests. * Ensure accuracy of daily reports. * Train new joiners and cover shifts when necessary. * Monitor inventory levels and source/review suppliers. * Follow up on guest special requests before check-in. * Attend to guest concerns and complaints, ensuring professional resolution. * Monitor OTA reviews, address complaints, and recognize staff for compliments. * Work to improve online review ratings. * Review daily shift reports and submit to Operations/General Manager for month-end. * Tally daily credit card statements and prepare month-end reports. * Consolidate and submit monthly petty cash reports. * Check cancellation/no-show reports monthly for accuracy. * Prepare month-end staff roster and incentives. * Inspect guest rooms before arrival. * Ensure effective communication between Housekeeping and Front Desk. * Schedule internal/external room and facility maintenance. * Suggest improvements to GM for overall guest experience. * Increase ADR and manage room rates and allotments. * Monitor OTAs, hotel rates, and promotions. * Manage hotel expenses and achieve monthly revenue targets. * Assist in collections of outstanding payments.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent. * Minimum 3 years in managerial role or 6 years in front desk experience. * Integrity, drive, and resourcefulness. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Strong communication and leadership skills. * Ability to correspond professionally in writing. * Independent, resilient, and able to handle guest demands.
