Responsibilities and Duties

* Deputise for the Hotel Manager in their absence * Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and activities * Assist in budgeting and financial management * Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff * Organize and direct all hotel services including front-of-house, back-of-house, F&B, housekeeping, security, and maintenance * Ensure excellent guest experience and team coordination

* Minimum 3 years of experience in general management or hospitality * Approachable, detail-oriented, and professional * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proven experience in hospitality or hotel management
