Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations with strategic leadership and a focus on guest satisfaction and profitability. - Drive financial success by exceeding key performance indicators, developing revenue strategies, and monitoring market trends. - Provide strong leadership to executive team members and department heads, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. - Monitor guest feedback and implement initiatives to elevate service standards and exceed expectations. - Manage financial stewardship including budgeting, forecasting, expense control, and capital expenditures. - Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and established brand standards. - Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners through transparent and proactive communication. - Ensure continuous improvement of operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and reputation management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Prior experience as a **General Manager or Hotel Manager** in a large, complex Tier 1 city hotel. - Solid knowledge of financial management principles, including budgeting and forecasting. - Innovative, solutions-oriented, and adaptable to the evolving demands of the hospitality industry.
