Description

A rapidly expanding organization is seeking a Head of HR to oversee human resources functions across multiple international locations. This role is responsible for creating and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives and ensure adherence to local employment laws. The Regional HR Manager will act as a strategic partner to regional leadership, focusing on enhancing employee engagement, performance, and overall organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, advise senior leadership on HR best practices, and promote a positive and productive work environment. - Oversee recruitment, build talent pipelines, lead strategic hiring initiatives, analyze workforce trends, and implement talent retention and development programs. - Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture through engagement and retention initiatives, organize team-building activities, and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. - Manage HR operations, including policy creation, regulatory compliance, and benefits administration, while optimizing HR processes for efficiency. - Support organizational change management and drive cultural transformation, analyze organizational structures, and recommend improvements. - Oversee regional compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and alignment with organizational policies through benchmarking and adjustments. - Provide regular reports and data-driven insights on key HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Extensive HR leadership experience in architecture, real estate, or a similar sector. - Strong skills in talent acquisition, employee relations, and culture building. - Experience leading HR across multiple locations, demonstrating discretion and integrity. - Strategic thinking skills combined with a practical, hands-on approach. - Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Strategic and solution-focused mindset with empathy and high emotional intelligence. - Proactive approach to adopting new HR practices to enhance the employee experience. - Approachable and able to build rapport and trust across diverse teams.
