Description
To support the HR Manager in all aspects of HR operations, including personnel management, HR policies and procedures, compensation and benefits, employee relations, payroll, recruitment, and other HR administrative tasks. Nextbeat Singapore Pte.Ltd. EA License Number: 22C1267
Responsibilities and Duties
* Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees. * Manage employee benefits administration, including insurance enrollment and termination, as well as leave management. * Oversee payroll management by liaising with the payroll vendor on monthly processing matters and ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement for employees. * Assist the HR Manager in implementing HR policies and various HR programs/projects to align with the company’s business objectives. * Generate monthly HR reports and other ad-hoc reports/analyses related to HR. * Prepare HR letters regarding employee movements and career progression, such as transfers, confirmations, promotions, annual increments, and bonuses. * Address employee inquiries and requests, providing information, advice, and assistance on human resource issues, rules, and regulations. * Manage inquiries from Operations regarding disciplinary issues, staff grievances, labor disputes, employee benefits, and HR policies and procedures. * Maintain employee records, including personal files.
Qualifications and Requirements
* At least 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management, preferably with a strong background in HR operations. * Experience in the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry is essential. * Must have experience in F&B payroll processing. * Familiarity with WICA processing is required. * Knowledge of labor laws and industrial relations practices is necessary. * Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * A self-starter with a good sense of urgency who can work effectively under pressure. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. * Immediate availability is preferred, with the ability to start on short notice.
