SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE

Description

This role functions as an HR Business Partner, managing payroll, supporting broader HR functions and administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, handling work pass administration, generating reports, contributing to employee welfare, and performing various other duties as needed.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Act as an HR Business Partner, providing support and guidance to assigned business units. * Manage payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation. * Contribute to various human resource functions and administrative tasks as required. * Maintain meticulous documentation of employee records and ensure timely and accurate updates within the HR Management System (HRMS). * Oversee work pass processes for foreign employees, including applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring compliance with regulations. * Generate HR-related reports, providing insights and data analysis as needed. * Participate in staff welfare activities and initiatives. * Perform other assigned tasks and projects as directed.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of a Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration. * At least six years of relevant work experience in HR administration, ideally within the construction industry. * Familiarity with HR information systems (e.g., Info-Tech) or a willingness to learn new HRMS software. * Solid understanding of employment legislation and foreign work pass procedures. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Mature, sensitive, and discreet approach to handling confidential information. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications. * Resourceful, well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive work style. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Commitment to completing tasks and providing timely updates. * Ability to start work immediately is preferred.
