Description
This role acts as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), managing a full range of HR functions, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and other HR operational matters. The HRBP will also provide support for the daily HR operations.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop and execute recruitment strategies. - Guide business leaders in candidate selection. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, adhering to organizational policies and relevant legal frameworks. - Contribute to the development of employee performance indicators and goals. - Manage performance review processes. - Ensure effective execution of training and development activities. - Promote a learning culture within the organization, ensuring alignment of learning and development initiatives with corporate and business strategies. - Oversee orientation and onboarding programs for all employees. - Analyze compensation data to generate insights for benefits enhancements. - Assist in administering payroll and employee benefit programs. - Provide advice on HR issues and offer proactive HR solutions to organizational challenges. - Serve as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and relevant legislation. - Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, performance improvement plans, and other employee engagement concerns. - Review and recommend HR policies that align with organizational business and corporate objectives. - Ensure the employee handbook complies with applicable employment laws and regulations. - Assist in communicating company policies to promote understanding across the organization. - Manage a comprehensive work-life balance strategy through corporate health and sports activities. - Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives. - Manage HR documentation related to organizational audits.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. - Practical experience in HR Operations or HR Business Partnering. - Passion for employee development. - Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders. - Proactive and resourceful work style. - Comfortable using technology and data to enhance daily work. - Collaborative, people-oriented team player.
