Description
As an HR Payroll Officer, you will manage the complete payroll process, including salary computation, statutory submissions, and payslip generation. You will address payroll-related queries with discretion and support HR onboarding by preparing offer letters, contracts, and new hire documentation. Your role also includes assisting with HR projects, ensuring compliance with HR policies and Singapore labor laws, and preparing accurate HR reports and payroll summaries. You will maintain confidentiality and professionalism while safeguarding sensitive employee information and support the HR Director with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Responsibilities and Duties
Oversee the full payroll process, including salary calculations, statutory submissions, and payslip generation Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries with discretion Assist with HR onboarding activities, such as preparing offer letters, contracts, and new hire documentation Contribute to HR projects and adapt to evolving priorities and needs Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and Singapore labor laws Prepare HR reports, payroll summaries, and statutory filings with accuracy and confidentiality Maintain professionalism by safeguarding sensitive employee information Assist with any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the HR Director.
Qualifications and Requirements
Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR administration and payroll processing Proficiency in MS Office, SuccessFactors or other HRIS, and payroll software Adaptable and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team player, able to work effectively under pressure Ensure accurate and timely processing of overtime, leave, and payroll adjustments while maintaining confidentiality Good understanding of Singapore labor laws and payroll regulations Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Fresh graduates may be considered.
