Description
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the full recruitment cycle, from job postings and resume screening to candidate selection and onboarding. This role involves developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, collaborating with hiring managers to define staffing needs, and creating job descriptions that align with company requirements. The HR Manager will also utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals, to find top talent. They will conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit, coordinate interview schedules, and provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of positions. Additionally, the HR Manager will assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Oversee the full recruitment process, from job postings and resume review to interviewing and candidate selection. * Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting partners. * Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and craft job descriptions that align with company requirements. * Use a variety of sourcing methods, such as social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and attract potential candidates. * Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. * Coordinate and schedule interviews between hiring managers and candidates. * Provide regular updates to hiring managers regarding the status of open roles and candidate pipelines. * Support other HR-related tasks and projects as necessary.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Proven experience in recruitment or HR management. * Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit. * Proficient in using job boards, social media, and networking platforms. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. * Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
