Description

We are seeking a proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on data analytics to lead our expanding team of 150 as the HR Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership in the formulation, execution, and review of HR policies for the company. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to reduce manpower turnover rates, enhance staff retention, lower hiring costs, and ensure that all outlet staff receive thorough training to meet Takagi Ramen's high standards. Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee the full range of Human Resource functions, including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Training, Learning & Development, and Payroll Management. * Draft job advertisements and employment contracts, ensuring compliance with MOM framework guidelines. * Create clear and compelling presentations to enhance understanding of policies. * Ensure accuracy and precision in all payroll processing. * Effectively motivate staff to maintain high morale. * Ensure consistent application of disciplinary actions and adherence to company policies. * Balance employee satisfaction with company productivity and profitability through effective policy proposals. * Develop training and development frameworks, including tracking staff against measurable promotion metrics. * Establish effective grievance counseling frameworks. * Train and manage a team of HR and administrative personnel to ensure timely and accurate completion of HR tasks. * Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient staffing allocation and renewals. * Analyze cost projections and implement labor cost controls across all departments. * Plan company-wide labor policies. * Analyze market trends to propose and implement systematic improvements. * Develop HR systems and company structures to enhance effectiveness and efficiency. * Stay informed about legal frameworks to ensure consistent compliance. * Maintain robust business continuity plans. * Create year-end appraisal formulas for the entire company, measuring staff productivity metrics and manpower budgeting. * Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign workers. * Oversee the annual renewal of company insurance. * Handle work injury and hospitalization claims. * Apply for and renew business licenses and permits. * Oversee other ad hoc office administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field. * A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position. * Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, particularly in English. * Willingness to step out of their comfort zone to embrace new challenges and grow with the company. * Ability to multitask, work effectively under pressure, plan personal tasks, delegate responsibilities to subordinates, and monitor the productivity of the entire HR team. * Strong talent acquisition skills, particularly in identifying hardworking and positive candidates who possess the right skill set and align well with the company culture. * High standards of integrity and confidentiality. * Exceptional time management skills with a focus on enhancing overall company productivity.
