This exciting opportunity seeks a highly motivated and customer-focused Reservation Officer to join a dynamic team within the tourism industry. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, processing reservations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Professionally handle incoming calls and emails from customers, travel agents, and internal staff, adhering to company and departmental guidelines. * Achieve established performance standards for call quality and efficiency. * Effectively resolve customer concerns by identifying root causes and providing solutions that ensure long-term satisfaction. * Escalate complex customer service issues to supervisors or management when necessary. * Collaborate with sales and operations teams to address agent concerns and support efforts to retain partnerships. * Work closely with the technical support team to assist with inquiries regarding agent accounts or products. * Actively participate in all training and educational activities provided by the company. * Ensure all reservations are processed according to established procedures, maintaining accurate and complete records. * Ensure all work aligns with company standards and training, including accurate and complete documentation for functions like coach charters, guest preferences, booking supplements, and payment details. * Maintain confidentiality of all customer information, adhering to company privacy policies. * Demonstrate a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional overtime as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum GCE N-Level or equivalent qualification. * At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably within the service industry. * Prior call center experience is a valuable asset. * Strong data entry and organizational skills. * Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. * Problem-solving skills to effectively address customer concerns and find solutions. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Flexibility and willingness to work a flexible schedule.
