Reservation Sales Executive ( Travel )

Description

This role is vital for driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction within the travel industry. The Reservation Sales Executive will be responsible for processing reservations, building strong customer relationships, and promoting sustainable travel options.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Accurately and efficiently process reservations for individual travelers, groups, and Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) events. * Partner with eco-friendly accommodations and tour operators to offer sustainable travel packages. * Educate clients on sustainable travel practices and the importance of responsible tourism. * Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth booking experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A relevant diploma or equivalent in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred. * Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the travel industry, with a focus on handling individual traveler (FIT), group, and MICE bookings. * Strong proficiency in using reservation systems and travel-related software. * In-depth knowledge of FIT, Group, and MICE travel trends, requirements, and best practices. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. * Basic understanding of sales principles and the ability to promote travel packages effectively.
