Description
The Human Resource Executive handles recruitment, onboarding, and learning and development. Key duties include managing work permits, conducting background checks, organizing orientation programs, and creating hiring materials. The role also involves analyzing training needs, coordinating learning programs, managing budgets and grants, and optimizing recruitment and development processes. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities and Duties
Advise on work permits, visas, and documentation for international workforce. Analyze assessment effectiveness and sourcing approaches. Attend recruitment events to attract external talent and communicate offers to candidates. Conduct background checks and verify reference document authenticity. Deliver orientation programs and assess future hiring needs. Develop content for new hire orientation and information packs. Create hiring materials based on the organization’s Employee Value Proposition. Implement SOPs in selection, assessment, and hiring according to fair employment practices. Manage external stakeholders and vendors for talent sourcing. Negotiate offer terms and propose selection assessment tools. Suggest improvements to sourcing processes and shortlist candidates based on assessment results. Analyze competency gaps and employee participation in learning programs. Audit learning course completion, identify gaps, and develop feedback forms. Communicate learning course schedules and evaluate business impact. Facilitate vendor payments and focus on learning needs analysis. Coordinate with trainers and vendors for course scheduling and logistics. Manage virtual learning platforms and monitor learning program budgets. Refresh e-learning content and select suitable trainers. Develop learning materials with content experts and track technology usage in programs.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field. At least 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or learning and development. Knowledge of work permits, visas, and international workforce documentation. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, assessment tools, and sourcing strategies. Experience in creating and delivering new hire orientation and training programs. Ability to analyze data, identify gaps, and propose improvements to HR processes. Proficient in using HR software, learning management systems, and Microsoft Office. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with employee learning needs analysis and vendor management.
