Description
This role is vital for supporting the overall success of the organization by providing comprehensive Human Resources (HR) support to all departments. The HR Executive will play a key role in various HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and HR administration.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Collaborate closely with the HR team and other departments to deliver a full range of HR services. * Provide guidance to managers on performance management issues, resolve employee relations concerns, and address employee grievances effectively. * Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to the development of business and operational plans. * Contribute to the development and implementation of effective performance appraisal, salary review, and bonus programs. * Oversee employee recognition and development programs, including award nominations. * Monitor manpower and succession planning needs to ensure the organization has the talent required to meet its business objectives. * Analyze HR trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop effective HR solutions. * Proactively identify gaps in existing HR processes and recommend improvements to enhance HR practices. * Assist with various HR administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field. * At least 2 years of relevant experience in a Human Resources role. * Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels. * Strong understanding of employee relations principles and the ability to handle employee concerns and resolve conflicts effectively. * Knowledge and experience in performance management processes, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and employee development. * Familiarity with relevant employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices. * Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. * Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions to HR challenges.
