Description
This role focuses on driving and improving recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent within the organization. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with HR teams and leverage technology to streamline recruitment processes, enhance employer branding, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Collaborate with HR teams to enhance recruitment strategies and ensure consistent delivery of effective recruitment solutions within agreed-upon timelines and budgets. * Drive the implementation of recruitment solutions for new client accounts to meet headcount targets. * Leverage global platforms and careers portals effectively. * Promote the company's employer brand and value proposition to attract and retain top talent. * Work with Recruitment Marketing, Marketing, and Communications teams to market job openings and effectively communicate the company's Employee Value Proposition (EVP). * Collaborate with HR teams to share positive employee stories and career development opportunities, reinforcing the company's commitment to employee engagement, growth, and retention. * Manage a consistent onboarding process in collaboration with HR teams and Centers of Excellence. * Develop and implement an efficient and effective onboarding experience for new hires, including those acquired through mergers and acquisitions, and those transitioning internally. * Collaborate with HR Operations and Technology teams to leverage HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, Phenom People, LinkedIn) to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. * Provide training and support to HR teams, business leaders, and individuals on how to effectively utilize HR technology platforms. * Proactively identify and manage risks related to people management. * Conduct regular audits and monitor HR systems and processes to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and global requirements. * Ensure adherence to all relevant Delegation of Authority (DOA) policies for employment-related activities. * Ensure the accuracy of recruitment metrics through effective requisition management and governance. * Monitor requisition status and ensure timely engagement with hiring managers. * Utilize various tools and vendors to deliver cost-effective and efficient recruitment services. * Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. * Minimum of 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within an in-house or RPO environment, ideally in a high-volume hiring setting. * Prior experience in the Commercial Real Estate or Facilities Management industry in Singapore is preferred. * Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques, including various selection methods (interviews, assessments, etc.). * Demonstrated ability to implement and manage recruitment and selection programs to support business strategies. * Experience working with and partnering with various HR teams and Centers of Excellence. * Experience using Workday or Phenom CRM is preferred. * Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills. * Tenacity, resilience, and patience in navigating ambiguity and change.
