Description
This broad HR role within a hospitality setting covers recruitment, compensation, employee and industrial relations, training, welfare, performance management, and career development. Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage staffing, sourcing, selection, market research, and compliance with labor laws. Monitor hiring and report on workforce data. - Manage salaries, benefits, performance reviews, and compensation surveys. Maintain HR systems and contribute to budget preparation. - Provide employee counseling and guidance on HR matters. Develop and enforce HR policies and ensure compliance. Manage internal communications. - Manage union relations, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance. Conduct disciplinary investigations. - Assess training needs, manage training budgets, and maintain training records. - Promote a positive work environment, manage staff facilities and cafeteria, and assist with employee welfare matters. Manage medical expenses and insurance. - Develop performance reviews and SMART goals. - Identify high-potential employees, develop career programs, and manage employee transitions. - Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification. - 3+ years of relevant experience. - Proficiency in office software. - Excellent communication skills.
