Responsibilities and Duties

- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and maintain a positive outlet image - Coordinate front and back of house operations for smooth service delivery - Train and coach new and current staff on customer service best practices - Manage staff schedules, training, and performance - Organize and supervise shifts - Respond promptly to customer complaints and provide effective solutions - Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations - Control operational costs and identify measures to reduce wastage - Maintain market awareness and implement innovative processes for efficiency - Prepare operational reports - Analyze and forecast sales figures to maximize profits

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Retail Management, or related field - Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Hospitality Manager - Strong leadership and communication skills - Financial management skills - Customer service oriented
