Responsibilities and Duties

- Develop and execute business plans to achieve daily/monthly targets - Manage staffing schedules, duties, and performance - Establish and refine SOPs for service and food preparation - Conduct inspections for cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance - Ensure adherence to food safety, health, and licensing laws - Collaborate with marketing on promotions and events - Analyze sales mix, inventory, and performance metrics to drive improvement - Analyze POS data and implement cost control measures - Develop and execute staff training and development programs - Manage hiring, onboarding, and staff performance evaluation - Set goals, expectations, and monitor team performance - Ensure compliance with company HR and financial policies

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role within hospitality or F&B - Strong communication and organizational skills - Meticulous, well-groomed, and service-oriented - Passionate about delivering high-quality hospitality experiences - Thoughtful and kind, with a guest-first mindset - Solution-driven and accountable - Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
